The Fall of Napoleon

In 1814, Napoleon was forced to abdicate the throne. He was exiled to the island of Elba. In 1815, he escaped from Elba and returned to France. He was defeated at the Battle of Waterloo, and he was exiled to the island of St. Helena.

Napoleon died on St. Helena in 1821. He was only 52 years old.
